Atty. Samuelle Hare-King

Atty. Samuelle Hare-King a graduate of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law class of 2021/ 2022, University of Liberia. Atty. Hare- King became an associate of Heritage Partners & Associates (HPA) in August of 2022 following her admission to the Bar the same year. Prior to her graduation and admission to the Bar, Atty. Hare-King worked as Legal Intern with HPA beginning April of 2020 up to the time of her admission.

Atty. Hare-King practices with the Corporate, Finance and Intellectual Property (CFIP) practice group at the firm and therefore her practice includes, but is not limited to commercial litigation, drafting and issuance of opinion on commercial, labor and corporate matters, as well as carrying out various corporate transactions on behalf of clients. Prior to her law studies, Atty. Hare-King obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management in 2016 from the Stella Maris Polytechnic. Before joining HPA, Atty. Hare-King was Employed as Administrative Assistant with AEP Consultants, Inc.
