Atty. Nedia G. Warner

Atty. Nedia G. Warner is a recent graduate of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia where she graduated in 2023 as valedictorian (Magna Cum Laude) of her class. She also holds a BSC in Environmental Science with a minor in Urban and Regional Studies from the Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Atty. Warner currently serves as an Associate with Heritage Partners and Associates, LLC (HPA). Prior to joining HPA, Atty. Warner interned at the Blue Earth County Environmental Services in Mankato, Minnesota. Subsequently, she joined the HPA team in 2019 and has been interning with us for the duration of her years in law school. Throughout her time at HPA, she has gained terrific experience in preparing litigation and transactional documents relative to corporate, labour and financial laws as well as all types of due diligence.
