Atty. Bournad A. Bondo II

Dounard Almamy Bondo, II is an associate with the Business, Corporate and Intellectual property practice group of HPA. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia, a Master of Law (LLM) in International Maritime Law from Swansea University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University.

Dounard provides tailored legal services to clients across various sectors, and his practice encompasses legal advisory, corporate matters, general commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and employment and Labor relations.

​ Before joining HPA, Dounard worked as a communications professional in Liberia's NGO sector. Additionally, he occasionally moonlights as a writer and journalist, with bylines across local and international outlets including the New York Times, Al Jazeera, BBC, and many others.
